The exhibition „Fragments and Wholes“ was opened on 29 December 2025 at the Conference Hall Quella in Lipik, Croatia, accompanied by a panel discussion dedicated to the results of fieldwork and archival research on the cultural heritage of the Serbian community in Western Slavonia. The exhibition presented research findings as well as interpretative approaches to the protection, preservation, and presentation of this heritage in Republic of Croatia, opening a series of professional questions and discussions.

The concept of the exhibition „Fragments and Wholes“ is based on linking fragments of preserved material, archival records, and contemporary narratives into a coherent interpretative whole of the cultural heritage of the researched community.

The programme was realized within projects of the Serb National Council in Zagreb, and organized by Council of the Serbian National Minority of Požega-Slavonia Country. One of the authors of the exhibition, a participant in the panel discussion, and a researcher on the projects was Miloš Rašić, Senior Research Associate at the Institute of Ethnography SASA.
