Associates of the SASA Institute of Ethnography Milos Rašić, PhD, research associate, and Nina Aksić, PhD, senior research associate, participated in the national scientific conference with international participation “Art Music and the Mass Audience-On the ways of Promoting Serbian and Yugoslav Musical Art after the Second World War. This conference, organized by the SASA Institute of Musicology, was held from October 2-4, 2024 in the Hall of the SASA Audio-visual Archives and Digitalization Centre. Milos Rašić, PhD, presented the topic “The Pioneer Home-Creating and Popularizing Art for Children”, while Nina Aksić, PhD, presented the paper “Serious Music and Youth in Novi Pazar during the Socialist Period”. She also moderated one session and acted as a member of the Conference Program Committee.
