A commemorative event on the occasion of the publication of the edited volume dedicated to the late Aleksandra Krel, PhD, entitled “Anthropology of Sports, Games and Childhood” (Department of Ethnology and Anthropology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, Belgrade 2022) will be organized by the SASA Institute of Ethnography, where we will reflect on his life and professional path. On this occasion, Professor Bojan Žikić, PhD, the head of the Department of Ethnology and Anthropology,  one of the authors of the edited volume, Ivana Bašić, PhD, principal research fellow of the SASA IE, a reviewer of the edited volume, Jadranka Đorđević Crnobrnja, senior research associate of the SASA IE and Marija Đinđić, senior research associate of the SASA Institute for the Serbian Language will talk about the edited volume, and, additionally, pay tribute to  the work and life of our prematurely departed colleague and friend. 

The commemorative event will be held at 12:00 on Thursday, April 20th, in the SASA Institute of Ethnography (Knez Mihailova 36), 1st floor, room 102.
