Associates of the Institute of Ethnography SASA, Teodora Jovanović, PhD and Miloš Rašić, PhD, participated in the international workshop „GloCal Crises and Migrants in the Past and in the Present: A Cross-Cultural and Transdisciplinary Workshop“. The meeting was held on April 20 and 21 at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade. Teodora Jovanović, PhD, made a presentation on „Endless Waiting after the 'Crisis': Asylum, Truth and the Aftermath of 2015 in Serbia“,during which she presented ethnographic insights into the asylum procedure. Miloš Rašić, PhD, together with prof. Mladen Stajić, PhD, presented the research „Diasporisation in Times of Crisis: Serbian Diaspora in Vienna and the Student Protests in Serbia“.
