It is our pleasure to inform you that the conference Women Scientists in the Society, organized by the Institute of Ethnography SASA (within UNESCO`s participation program) was completed successfully. Around seventy participants, both local and international, took part in this conference, which was held from 11th to 13th February 2020 and comprised lectures, presentations, chairing sessions, reports and discussions.  Two accompanying events were organized: the documentary film Women Scientists in the Society-Significant, yet Invisible, by Delimir Babic and Miroslava Lukic Krstanovic and the exhibition of female participants` publications by Biljana Milenkovic-Vukovic and her associate Milan Tomasevic. The members of Serbian Academy of Science and Arts and the professors of the University of Belgrade and the University of Novi Sad attended and participated in the opening of the Conference.
