MA Teodora Jovanović attended the summer school on gender budgeting and gender equality measurement in scientific institutions, held on June 28, 29 and 30, 2023 in Messina (Italy).

The students of the school were doctoral students from different countries. The summer school was realized within the European Horizon 2020 project "LeTSGEPs" (Leading Towards Sustainable Gender Equality Plans in Research Institutions), inwhich the Mathematical Institute SASA is one of the partners. 

The topics of lectures at the summer school were genderequality in science, gender equality plans, gender equality measurement and the introduction of gender budgeting in scientific institutions. In addition to lectures, school participants worked in groups on quantitative and qualitative data analysis of Italian universities, based on which they developed gender equality plans for certain universities.
