The book “Invisible Heroes of Greece”, by Gordana Blagojević, PhD, principal research fellow of the SASA Institute of Ethnography, was presented on Wednesday, September 25, at the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade, as part of the event “Days of the Republic of Srpska in Serbia”. The book was published in 2024 by the SASA Institute of Ethnography, the Republic of Srpska Representative Office in Serbia and the Republic of Srpska Representative Office in Greece. Mrs Jelena Jovanović Athanasiou, director of Representative Office of the Republic of Srpska in Greece, addressed the audience. The reviewers, Professor Vladimir Ribić, PhD, full professor at the Department of Ethnology and Anthropology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, Ivana Bašić, PhD, principal research fellow of the SASA Institute of Ethnography and the author Gordana Blagojević, PhD, spoke about the book. The author also participated in the music part of the evening with her ensemble “Pocket Size Pop” consisting of Adrian Lever (guitar), and Predrag Nedeljković (basset horn), by performing several songs in Greek from their latest album (lyrics by: Chris Pittakas). The host of the program was Bojana Vuković from the SASA Institute of Ethnography. In accordance with the topic of the book, the evening passed in a very inspiring and warm atmosphere.
